Our Co-Living Product

Subject to good transport links and high growth prospects, in areas attractive to young professionals, most spaces could become co-living accommodation.

In an ever-changing property market, one can never know or predict what type of acquisition opportunities may be found. Our model is therefore flexible and adaptable, allowing us to acquire commercial or residential properties that suit our strategy, and transform them into ideal co-living accommodation.

Independent house-share units:

These are existing residential or commercial units turned into Co-Living accommodation, specifically adapted to provide a functional and affordable house-share experience.

By adapting the residential units from existing residential flats or commercial space, there is no need to create large Co-living developments as per the unproven hotel-like method, which targets only the very small, highest end of the market. Our product is therefore simple, functional and affordable, and so we target a much broader market than current high-end co-living operations which are more of a variation to student accommodation/hotels.

This model of creating ideal co-living spaces from existing residential flats or commercial space is an adaptation of the conventional buy-to-let model and although very fragmented at the moment in London, it has been proven successful over many decades. We are improving and scaling this model by creating a standardised portfolio of properties that are thoughtfully designed and adapted to purpose.

  • Single, double and en-suite bedrooms designed by IKEA.
  • Shared kitchen with proportional storage and fridge space for each room.
  • Shared bathrooms adapted to multiple occupations with a separate toilet.
  • Laundry within the unit.
  • Flexible monthly/quarterly/yearly rates.
  • Bills included with fast internet everywhere.
  • Weekly cleaning of communal areas.
